Random Restarts

I have a home server, currently running Windows XP SP2. It has an Athlon 64 3000, a gig of RAM, generic, low end PCIe ATI video card, and a RAID array. The array is controlled by an eight channel 3ware controller, and has 8 200GB drives in RAID5 for a total formatted disk size of 1.27TB. It also has a 60GB system drive.

Lately, I've been having some issues with it. Some days, it can be up running all day long, converting video or rendering things. Other days, it will randomly restart itself. I have no idea why. I have tried different PSUs, different RAM, and even a different CPU (my main computer's 3500). It still does it. Any suggestions?
